Tip 1: If you can curb your appetite by drinking plenty of water throughout the day especially before a meal. This will help you eat less at meal time.
Tip 2: Eat small meal but often (e.g. five or six meal in one day) because your body can burn the calories faster.
Tip 3: Eat your the biggest meal first so that we have enough time to burn off the calories before bed. Any leftover calories will be stored as fat in your body.
Tip 4: Walk briskly twenty minutes a day is an excellent way to burn plenty of calories.
Tip 5: Exercise early in the morning before breakfast will be burning more fat. This is because your body does not have much carbohydrate due to night sleep with no eating.
